yep, this is Lucy from the Elfen Lied dimension. and no, she doesn't looks like that just because she's tired. She's a sociopath! i highly recommend that u watch the anime, or read the manga, as i am doing now X3 its really good, and i think u can watch all of the episodes on YouTube, its a pretty short series, with only about 13 or so episodes in all XDD
but yeah, so this is my fanart of Elfen Lied, idk if ill be doing more, i have a pretty busy schedule coming up, but ill try not to just suddenly drop of the face of dA :3
